FAQs

How Does Hypnosis Work?

Hypnosis is simply getting access to your subconscious mind, where we store positive or negative memories, images, words and beliefs. Under hypnosis your mind is more accepting and receptive to change, it’s a natural, safe, relaxed state that anyone can get into and get out of, you are in control.

What Happens in a Therapy Session?

Once I get you in a very relaxed state and you are under hypnosis, we visit 3 scenes that impacted you the most, that caused your issue today. Then together we review (not relive) and we talk about each scene to bring clarity and awareness to How, Why and When you formed a belief, that’s not working for you. Once we get to the root, is when your transformation begins.

What Makes Hypnosis Effective?

For hypnosis to be effective, you have to want the change to happen. During hypnosis, the mind becomes excited and receptive to change. When in hypnosis, you are able to rewire changes into your mind and your mind is more able to easily accept them. Hypnosis can be a powerful tool when you want to unlock a transformation, overcome a block or address issues at the root cause.

How do I get the most out of my hypnosis therapy?

After your session, you will receive a personalized transformational recording. You need to be committed to listening to your personal recording for 21 days. Remember the mind learns with repetition. You are changing old beliefs to new constructive ones.

What Benefits Will I See?

  • You will experience better, rejuvenating sleep.

  • You can expect more insight, AHA moments, and Clarity.

  • You will notice feeling better, feeling lighter, and feeling very happy.

Can I Listen To More Then One Personal Recording At Once?

It is better to work on one recording (21 days) at a time to give your mind one thing to focus on.

English Isn’t My First Language, Will Hypnosis Still Work For Me?

If you have a good understanding of English, it shouldn’t matter. When you're in hypnosis, your conscious mind tends to translate into your first language.
